IntelliMate | Forgot or change password

This guide explains how to reset a forgotten password and how to change your password by using the same reset flow.

1. Open the Forgot password flow

In the Log In form, click Forgot password? in the lower-left corner.

IntelliMate will open the Forgot password form.

In the Forgot password form, confirm your e-mail address and click Continue.

IntelliMate will then show the Reset your password screen.

Enter the 6-digit verification code that was just sent to your e-mail address. Then enter your New password and Confirm it.

Verification code: The code expires in 10 minutes. If it is not in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder first.

Password requirement: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a digit.

If you do not receive the verification code, wait for the 120-second cooldown to finish, then click Resend code.

If you want to change your password and you are already logged in, first log out of IntelliMate.

Then follow the same Forgot password flow above to set a new password.
